How to use
Use as an infusion (dose for 1 person)
• Use approximately 5 pistils (15 stigmas)
• Immerse them in a cup of hot water
• Leave to infuse for 50–60 minutes
• Add the infusion to the desired preparation
Ideal for saffron risotto, first courses, fish, white meats and traditional desserts.
How to make pistils into powder
• Place the required quantity on baking paper
• Place in a preheated oven at 50°C for 5 minutes
• Extract and press with the bottom of a spoon
• Work until you obtain a fine, homogeneous powder
