Rositi mushrooms of Valle del Crati

Rositi mushrooms (lactarius deliciosus) are very valuable and noble mushrooms, with a full flavor and an almost fruity smell.

They are prepared with a simple process based on spices and olive oil, in order not to alter their organoleptic characteristics.

Ideal to bring to the table as an appetizer, they can be used to accompany second courses or in the preparation of first courses or tasty pizzas.

Ingredients: Rositi mushrooms (lactarius deliciosus, 61.7%), olive oil, chilli pepper, garlic, oregano, salt, wine vinegar.
Acidifier: Citric acid.
Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites.
Storage conditions: Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
After opening, cover the product with oil and store in the fridge.
