Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the package, the destination and the shipping method selected. You will find the available options and their costs during checkout. Shipping is FREE for orders over 100 CHF.
Return: If the product ordered is defective or does not correspond to the one ordered, we will send you a label to place on the package and send it back. In this case we will either issue a refund or deliver the correct product.
If you made a mistake when ordering a product, you can replace it by returning the package to our address at your expense.
