Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the package, the destination and the shipping method selected. You will find the available options and their costs during checkout. Shipping is FREE for orders over 100 CHF.
*For glass items (such as liqueurs, tomato sauces, etc.), an additional 10 CHF will be charged for the Vinolog rate (even above CHF 100), which ensures safe and protected shipping of fragile goods to prevent breakage during transit.

Return: If the product ordered is defective or does not correspond to the one ordered, we will send you a label to place on the package and send it back. In this case we will either issue a refund or deliver the correct product.

If you made a mistake when ordering a product, you can replace it by returning the package to our address at your expense.
