It does not use the ice bank but the patented COOL-HYBRID® system which cools 30% more and consumes less energy. It can dispense room temperature, cold still, cold sparkling and hot water.

Return: If the product ordered is defective or does not correspond to the one ordered, we will send you a label to place on the package and send it back. In this case we will either issue a refund or deliver the correct product.
