Wheat flour, sultanas 30%, butter, sugar, candied fruit (orange peel, apples, pears, pineapple, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice), fresh eggs from free-range hens, pine nuts 2.3%, leavening agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), anise seeds.
