Cardoncelli mushrooms (Pleurotus Eryngii) processed according to an ancient peasant recipe, are selected by expert hands, flavored with garlic, oregano and chilli pepper, and finally filled in olive oil.

The fleshiness and delicate aroma of cardoncelli mushrooms make them suitable for accompanying any dish.

Delicious to consume as an appetizer or as a side dish to white and red meats.

Excellent as a topping for a delicious gourmet pizza.

Ingredients: Cardoncelli mushrooms (Pleurotus eryngii 65.9%), olive oil, chilli pepper, garlic, oregano, salt, wine vinegar.
Acidifier: Citric acid.
Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites.
Storage method: Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
After opening, cover the product with oil and store in the fridge.
