Caotina Pronto can practically be dissolved in water because the milk powder is already contained in the Caotina Pronto powder. Caotina's water-soluble cocoa drink tastes the same as the Swiss original with milk.

Return: If the product ordered is defective or does not correspond to the one ordered, we will send you a label to place on the package and send it back. In this case we will either issue a refund or deliver the correct product.

If you made a mistake when ordering a product, you can replace it by returning the package to our address at your expense.
